Nostalgia

Anyone who grew up in the 90's was familiar with Nickelodeon. The green slime, the orange splat with it's name spelled out, and if you were into it for long enough, your may remember this guy:

Then there's the 'rockin' pterodactyl'

Salute Your Shorts, Which by the way did you know it only went 2 seasons? I must've watched the same episodes twenty times:

This Last show was a mediocre one to me when I was a kid, but I went back and watched it and what a genius show! It's amazing- insightful, truthful in a quirky way, and goofy just the way kids like shows. Plus, who can deny the theme song. Seriously? I had to search to find out they were saying "Hey Sandy" and that the band was Polaris, but it was totally worth it to be able to get it on iTunes! Now I can make my kids at Disciple Now this weekend try to guess where the song is from; who knows maybe I'll pay for their meal if someone gets it. Try going to this website: www.veoh.com and check out some of these old gems!
